The policy should state how certain issues should be dealt with when they arise. Offer your employees with the training they need about the policy.

It is the duty of the management to support the prevention of all forms of harassment within the company. You must educate your workers on how to manage an offensive behavior within the workplace. It is the duty of the human resource to perceive possible harassment and solve the issues that might be present that need solutions. They should also have proper investigative procedures that are fair to ensure they take appropriate action to the offence. When dealing with allegations there must follow some disciplinary actions hence you should consider the disciplinary measures available.
